Creating a web project from scratch is a complex process that involves coordination among multiple roles within a team. This article expands on the roles and sequential tasks of team members, including a CEO, CTO, Analyst, and Sales Specialist, in addition to the previously mentioned roles of Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Tech Lead, Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, UI/UX Designer, and DevOps.
